Spent the day at Subang Parade with Mira. For fish spa. Not as ticklish as the first time, which was like, more than a year ago. But there aren't as many fish as last time, and what fish that are still there are bigger.

Yea can't really see.
I'll say the stuff works because I had this weird rash thing on my right hand ever since I was in form 3. Went to fish spa last year (or it could have been the year before, my memory is foggy on this), dipped my hand in and my hand's good as new. Well not really, the skin is unnaturally smooth and frictionless, but yea better than the old rash.

Spilling intestines and stuff

Spent the past couple days watching the whole of season 5.

Spoilers ahead, I guess.

Firstly, my reviewing has sucked lately and for that I apologise. I only ever do proper reviewing nowadays for college assignments, and I haven't really reviewed anything in this blog since the Abhorsen trilogy. I think. I'm just going to post some random thoughts here, so don't expect a real review.
K. My overall thought? So. Depressing. I cried a few times. Especially the part with the little girl that Bailey lay down with because her dad was too busy trying to find a plane ticket to Mexico. I found the lesbian plot between Erica and Callie very annoying, mostly because I thought that Erica was a total bitch. Haha.
I quite liked the dorkiness of Derek and Meredith's romance, even though asking whether or not they were going to make it through as a couple for long got really old. The whole 'this brainscan shows the very first time we scrubbed in together yay!' thing was so cute. Also Derek giving Meredith that diseased kidney in a jar as a forgive-me present. And how his wedding present to her was a solo surgery. Haha.
Also, I think little Grey is cute. In a little bunny that remembers everything sort of way.
The episode where all the graduating college students died except for the valedictorian gave me shivers. Along with that guy who got into the car crash, the way he kept saying over and over again, how he was just going to the back and the crash shouldn't have happened. So depressing.

But the number one depressing moment?
The ending.
Sniff.
I mean, most of us know that Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight are leaving the show but I didn't expect them to leave so ... depressingly. I think it's a sort of consolation that as best friends, they died on the same day and sort of accompanied each other. But still! Especially the way George had to go, I was in shock. I get sad every time I think about it. I always watched the show for Izzie and George, mostly because I like to look at their faces. Heh.
And now they're gone.
Maybe.
The finale was very vague.
Gah.

I actually had a dream about people having surgeries last night.
I need to watch something cheerful.
Hahaha.

Random note: I think I've actually seen that Grey's Book of Anatomy before in the SA library. I could be mistaken. I just sorta remember finding it during one of the debate research sessions in Form 4. (/random)

Quarantined

Because of H1N1.
It's cool that we don't have class.
Not cool that they're stealing this from our midterm break.

If this were Sri Aman, I'm sure they would put exams on that date, so that people will attend. I'm hoping this is not a Sri Aman-esque situation.
Grrr.

Internet connection is dead because of some mampus-ed telephone line or something. So boring. If I gotta be quarantined, some Internet connection wouldn't hurt. Haha. So using Papa's broadband right now so I can send the ECS script to Ms. Mary.

So yesterday I bought passionfruit bubble tea.
My favourite bubble tea is from college ... I dunno, it's just nicer than other places I've tasted. So I won't be having that for a month. Haha. But I've fulfilled the craving so I'm satisfied.

EDIT: Yea there's a pic of the car. Kinda like someone took a bite out of the front right. Mama called the guy and he said that he was busy and to settle it later. We haven't heard from him since, so I'm not too sure what's supposed to happen next ... :/ Seriously.

Spent the morning in MMH.
My presentation slides wouldn't work because I was so smart and used a weird font.

After that went to POE which was ... meh. I don't really get it, so I'll have to work on it. Handed in our eBay assignments. Carmen and Fyra did the researching for our group while Jov and I played with Lyon's laptop. Played Minesweeper and got the top score yayyy. Hahaha. Then John and Suki dug through the games and found Diner Dash so we played that for the rest of the class. Never played it before, so gave it a shot. It's pretty fun. Haha.

Then ... my phone inbox exploded.

Hmmm.
Kinda disappointed.

A while ago, I read back through my old blog posts.
Everytime I was feeling down, I'd talk about it in a vague sort of way. So when I re-read it now, I have no idea what the heck I was blabbering about.
Maybe it's better that way.
It means that it wasn't that big an issue if I can't even remember what it was.
I wonder if next year I'll read this post again and think the same thing about the previous paragraph?

I just finished the book.

It was epic. Believe me.
Saint Dane in the end? Awesome lah. He's my favourite villain ever. He's not some dinky dude you find in all the fantasy novels nowadays. He's got some serious badassery going on.
There was an epilogue.
Can I just say, after the whole Harry Potter fiasco and everything, I'm not a big fan of epilogues? I was reading this one and thinking OMG what the hell is this I DO NOT UNDERSTAND and then realised it was an epilogue. An epilogue that snaked back onto itself and became a paradox that is very weird and confused the hell outta me.
I'm still trying to grasp it.
The way it's written, it's like nothing in the books had ever happened ... but they did.
OMGWTFISH.
But. Awesome book series.
Ending is still confusing.
Hmmm.

I'm thinking that they all forgot ... and were given the chance to remember? And then live happily ever after in the book-universe version of Heaven.
I like that way of looking at it.
